Drawing Wall Street guys both old and youngish, the Brandy Library has a Ritz-Carlton lobby lounge vibe, plus schmaltzy touches like cocktail waitress "librarians" traversing bottle-lined bookshelves on rolling ladders. But the menu features clever takes on bar food, like the miniature alligator burgers with fries and a "brandy shake, " a mix of bourbon, white chocolate liqueur, and cream ($14).
