U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum, fresh from his fight with the U.S. Supreme Court over a Texas sodomy law, is now suggesting that the Allegheny County Bar Association bow out of interviewing candidates for federal judgeships. Earlier this summer, Santorum advised state Attorney General Mike Fisher, Somerset County Common Pleas Judge Kim R. Gibson and attorney Thomas Hardiman not to appear before the ACBA.
