Bandung Restaurant is the only eat-in Indonesian restaurant in Wisconsin. That may not seem like a big deal, but Bandung attracts customers from Milwaukee, Chicago and beyond.
"We had a group of students from Ohio drive up for their spring break because they couldn't get Indonesian food where they lived," says dining room manager Julie Adriansjach. "Two women drove from Chicago because there isn't an Indonesian restaurant there."
Evidently, if they cook it, they will come.
Adriansjach, her husband, Pram Sjachrani, and Pram's parents, Roni and Nani, run the restaurant. ...
