Potomac Falls junior Will Powars recently suffered through one of the toughest weeks of practice in his career, and he did so without doing a drill or stepping on a mat. Powars (15-1) won two matches against 119-pounders from Washington-Lee and Falls Church, both AAA schools, in a meet on Wednesday. That performance culminated a 10-day period in which he was not allowed to wrestle or practice while undergoing tests after suffering a minor concussion in the Willie Walters/Gordon Bayles tournament in late December.
