Potomac Falls junior Will Powars recently suffered through one of the toughest weeks of practice in his career, and he did so without doing a drill or stepping on a mat. Powars (15-1) won two matches against 119-pounders from Washington-Lee and Falls Church, both AAA schools, in a meet on Wednesday.
