So young were the tiny dolphins, vertical skin folds, like those on newborn puppies, striped their sides. ``I don't think I've ever seen so many animals with fetal folds all in the same day,'' said Mark Swingle, curator of the Virginia Marine Science Museum as a museum research boat idled nearby.
