THE HARVARD Cooperative Society (Coop), the oldest and largest university retail cooperative in the U.S., has announced that starting today, Barnes & Noble will manage its six stores. Four of the stores are associated with Harvard--the flagship Coop, which serves the entire university; plus a law school, a medical school, and a business school Coop--and the other two are associated with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
