Two adhesive makers have teamed up to tighten their grip on the Iberian market.
UK hot melt adhesive makers Beardow & Adam (B & A) have joined forces with Paniker of Spain in a 50:50 joint venture.
Paniker makes PVA, solvent based and caselin adhesives.
The new company, Paniker Beardow & Adam, will sell - and later manufacture locally - B & A products for distribution in Spain, Portugal and Morocco.
This is B & A's latest move to strengthen its European foothold.
