Byline: Arlena Sawyers Sales volume at wholesale vehicle auctions will grow this year, the nation's two largest auto auction companies predict. More off-lease, rental and commercial fleet vehicles returning to the market as used cars and trucks will fuel the increase, say economists for Manheim and ADESA Inc.
