NAA likes to keep our members informed about legislation that affects our industry. Although there are many new issues that affect us, some have remained constant. I'd like to tell you about a very important act that was implemented more than 30 years ago--The Fair Housing Act of 1968. This act banned the denial of housing for arbitrary reasons (race, color, religion and national origin).
