The bits and pieces of home life are geographically scattered for the typical college student living in a dorm. Bed and desk are in one place. Showers and toilets are down the hall. Lounging and some studying takes place in yet another room, maybe on a different floor. Most meals are taken in a dining common. In Matt Harp's case, that's an 18-floor elevator ride and a short walk away.
