NORFOLK -- Arthur F. ``Sonny'' Frank, 66, of the 1200 block of Colonial Ave. died Jan. 20, 1997, in his residence.
A retired general contractor, Mr. Frank was a Norfolk native and a member of Ocean View Assembly of God. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
