REMODELING During the last two months, the PVA National Architecture Program has been remodeling its office--but not with construction materials. The architects have been changing their computers' hardware and software systems, the primary tools necessary to function more efficiently. PVA's architects now have AutoCAD R14 and 3D Studio VIS R2 as well as scanning and plotting equipment. These programs and equipment are the industry standard: they are today's architects' T-squares and drafting boards.
