Anne B. Watson, Tenafly's last connection to one of its founding families, died Saturday in St. Petersburg, Fla.
Mrs. Watson, an elementary-school teacher in Englewood for 20 years, was married to the late Robert J. Watson Jr., who had been a copy editor for The Record. His family helped organize the vote that created the town in 1894.
