Andre Marie Jacq, a French teacher at St. Paul's School in Concord, N.H., from 1947 to 1974, died of cancer yesterday in Concord Hospital. He was 79 and lived in Concord, N.H. A native of Le Havre, France, Mr. Jacq also taught French at the Fessenden School, Newton, where he was a member of the faculty for seven years before retiring in 1981. In the 1960s, he taught in language summer schools at Tufts University and at St. Anselm College in Manchester, N.H. Mr. Jacq was raised near Morlaix, Brittany, and in Rouen.
