For the fourth year in a row, HBO scooped up the best-movie Emmy for "Truman," this time Sunday night in Pasadena.
Competitors have noted that the cable channel does some awfully aggressive campaigning, but there's one other little thing, too: Where HBO attracts actors worth watching and filmmakers with something to say, the Big Three networks concentrate on delivering this month's hot ingenue or hunklet in Sidney Sheldon's This or Danielle Steel's That.
