Alley, Valcq go national Monday, July 24, 2000 Wisconsin theater audiences have come to know and love Fred Alley for being the co-creator of and performer in such home-grown classics as "Guys on Ice" and "Lumberjacks in Love." Those stage musicals have been developed and produced by the Door County-based American Folklore Theatre, which has found a winter home at the Milwaukee Repertory Theater.
