An invitation to the White House is no big deal to Gov. George Allen, especially when it conflicts with the Super Bowl. The former second-string University of Virginia quarterback passed up a dinner that President Clinton gave for the National Governors' Association to stay in his D.C. hotel room and watch the game with his wife, Susan. Besides, those fancy Washington dinners aren't Allen's style. He's having a hard-enough time getting used to living in the Governor's Mansion in Richmond. Allen is finding it difficult to get a good night's sleep at the mansion because of the late-night traffic...
