GREENSBORO -- Aline F. Byrd, 87, of Greensboro, went home to be with her Lord on Thursday, February 1, 2007, at Moses Cone Extended Care Center. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, February 3, at Rankin Baptist Church in Greensboro, with interment at Westminster Gardens. Mrs. Byrd was a member of Rankin Baptist Church, and had been involved in Church Work all of her adult life, having been the wife of Rev. Byrd for almost 60 years.
