Albert J. Falloni of Margate, Fla., the business manager of the late heavyweight boxing champion Rocky Marciano, died Wednesday in Columbia University Hospital in Tamarack, Fla. He was 79. Mr. Falloni escaped death in the 1969 plane crash that killed Marciano because his wife insisted that he join her in Massachusetts for Labor Day weekend. Mr. Falloni , who also was a business manager of former heavyweight champ Jack Dempsey, was born in Bridgewater.
