American League MVP Jose Canseco was arrested yesterday for possession of a loaded semiautomatic handgun on a campus of the University of California in San Francisco, police said. Canseco, who in February was ticketed for driving his car at 120 mph in Florida, was "totally cooperative" when arrested by campus police at the University of California's Laurel Heights campus, Lt.
