Children enjoy magic, science in St. Charles There was a whole lot of card tricks and scientific magic to be had Friday at Pride of the Fox RiverFest in St. Charles. This day was for the kids. Chilren's activities ranged from arts and crafts and puppet shows to science experiments and sand castles. Iowa house of cards impresario Bryan Berg, while blocked from breezes by black bunting, enchanted festival-goers with his skills.
