FOXBOROUGH - Hakim Akbar, the youngest Patriot, was listed in satisfactory condition at Rhode Island Hospital yesterday following an early-morning one-car accident in which he sustained a fractured collarbone and other minor injuries when his SUV overturned on Route 95 in Mansfield. Akbar, 21, a fifth-round draft selection out of Washington this year, flipped his Cadillac Escalade at 1:20 a.m., was ejected from the vehicle, and landed in a marshy area off the side of the road.
