China and South Korea wasted little time before showing what they expect the establishment of diplomatic ties between the two countries to mean. The ceremonies in Beijing marking the end of four decades of hostility were barely over before official trade missions were heading for the airports -- although it will be tough to improve on the present situation, in which trade between the two countries is expected to top $10 billion this year.
