MINISTRY -- In concert at the Channel, Thursday night. It's quite possible that there has never been a more radical rock 'n' roll transformation than that of Ministry of the early '80s to Ministry of today. It's always been the brainchild of singer-guitarist Al Jourgensen, who formed the thing in 1981. Then, the Chicago-based Ministry was a fairly frothy product of the first synth-pop era.
