As a card-carrying skeptic, I'm always thrilled to debunk both long-held truths and brand-new, pseudoscientific claims. Especially these days, when you have only to invoke quantum physics, which no one understands, not even the scientists who discovered it.
So I was tickled to read the headline, "Wine glass manufacturer Riedel has filed a lawsuit in Germany against competitor Eisch, challenging its marketing of a new line of glassware as 'breathable.' "
