MEDFIELD - One summer day last year, Bob Eiland set up his mobile office on a rocky overlook in Medfield with a view of the Charles River. He was working away on his laptop when two women walking a dog spotted him, perched there on his red folding chair, typing, and "basically started laughing at me," Eiland recalled.
