Five Marines from the Marine Barracks on Capitol Hill have been identified by Navy investigators as possibly involved in an incident last summer in which a tear gas canister exploded in a gay bar near the barracks, a barracks spokesman said yesterday. The Marine Barracks has asked the Marine Corps to convene an "article 32 hearing," similar to a civilian grand jury proceeding, to determine what action should be taken in the incident at Remington's in the 600 block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE, according to Capt.
