Goodman Real Estate Inc. of Seattle and The Nelson and Beaty Co. LLLP of Fort Smith said last week that they will partner with Urban Retail Properties Co., a Chicago third-party retail management company, to develop a new mixed-use project: Centre Pointe at Pleasant Grove. The 184-acre shopping center off Pleasant Grove Road in Rogers is valued at $300 million. Plans call for 350,000 SF of retail space, 70,000 SF of commercial space, a hotel and more than 180 condominiums.
