1913 steam engine, patriotic pride lead cavalcade of changes

The Great Circus Parade's list of new offerings this year literally will be picking up steam.
An authentic steam engine, Soo Line 1003, built in 1913, will pull the train this year for the first time since 1987.
The engine will be out front on the last lap of the Strong Great Circus Train's route that runs from Horicon to Milwaukee on Monday.
