Description

Young Charlie is a girl of about sixteen. She lives at home with a family that she considers extremely boring. After becoming tired of family life, she decides to invite her uncle, after whom she is named, to come for a visit. In the meantime, he is fleeing the police and is already on his way.

Charlie adores her Uncle Charlie, but after several unusual events, she begins to become skeptical about his true motives for visiting. Charlie is surprised to meet Graham and his partner, who are actually investigating Uncle Charlie. Charlie at first refuses to believe them, but finally she realizes that Graham is right. Her uncle is a murderer.
