Summary and Analysis

The film starts out with a quote from T.S. Eliot: "and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time" and another by S. Herberger: "After the game is before the game." Then, the credits begin. As they show, a scary looking pendulum swings across the screen until it goes up and we see the rest of the scary looking clock and go through the mouth of a monster on the top.

Suddenly, we see man people walking across the screen and the narrator says that man is probably the most mysterious species on the planet. Man is a mystery of unanswered questions like, "Who are we?" "How do we know what we think we know?" and others. All these questions need answers that will simply create another question...
