Description

T.R. Devlin works for the Allies as the contact person for Alicia. Devlin first meets her when he appears at a party she holds soon after her father is sent to prison. Alicia had planned to go away in order to avoid all the rumors about her father and her, but Devlin convinces her to become a spy for the Allies instead.

At first Devlin has a very low opinion of Alicia, but as he gets to know her, he gains respect for her bravery and intelligence. The more the two interact, the more Devlin begins to fall in love with Alicia. Finally, he can no longer hide his feelings, but by that time, Alicia has been forced to marry Alex to maintain her cover.
