Based on Chuck Palahniuk's best-selling novel, Fight Club is Tyler Durden's story of his own delusional activities. After he becomes tired of his pitiful life working a dead-end job and visiting support groups, he creates a fictional person whom he calls Tyler while he remains the Narrator throughout the film. Tyler creates an organization called Fight Club where men can beat up on each other and take out their aggression.

With time, Fight Club becomes more and more dangerous. Eventually, they begin making plans to blow up different buildings around the city. The Narrator tries to stop Tyler, but he is becoming out of control. The Narrator doesn't understand some of the inconsistencies in his life and in the way people treat him, but he finally realizes that he is Tyler.
