All About Eve is all about the drive for success. Eve Harrington is willing to do absolutely anything to make her way quickly up the theatrical ladder. Eve uses a sweet, caring personality to make her way into the trust and lives of those she meets. Eve's acting skills are stunningly clear while she maneuvers her way into the perfect position to launch her career.

Eve's drive for success is a drive that has no interest in anyone else but herself and her success. Eve cares nothing for the people she hurts; instead, she believes that she is just making things happen that should have already happened. Addison discovers her secrets and lies, and begins 'owning' her with that knowledge, which keeps her from destroying yet more lives and careers.
