Description
Dr. Dave Bowman is a trained astronaut in his late thirties and is considered the more intellectual of the two Discovery human crewmembers. When approaching any problem he relies on reason and intellect to find a solution. Bowman is an amateur artist and more of a renaissance man than his fellow crewman Poole. He is the one who is more likely to ask the deep questions about what will be the ramification to any action he considers taking.
Analysis
