NARRATIVE:

To start out I thought this was going to be the easiest part of the portfolio. Then, after a couple of weeks of having the assignment I couldn't find a subject. My plan was to get a topic I cared enough about to research and write on. It took me some time to think through various topics: obviously Colombia, oceanography, lacrosse, among others. I finally figured out I could do my project on something I live by, something I know enough about and still want to learn more. The American History of Vegetarianism!!!
