In his poem, "Doors of Daring" he tells that there are many risky opportunities, in which you can live your life to the fullest. These situations in life will need people to take large risks. Through three lines of his poem, Henry Van Dyke shares his opinion that everyone has to be fearless to get through important matters in life.

In three particular lines of the poem, Henry Van Dyke's message is understood. One line stating, "Invite the fearless foot to scale their stairway toward the sky."
