Summary: Laws should change as the society changes. As beliefs and values change throughout a community a change must occur so that its rules are still relevant for the society.
Every society no matter what race, country size or beliefs must have laws. Laws create and order of civilisation enabling a safe and long-term existence community. Without laws our society would be described as a state of anarchy. In such situations riots, violence and murder would occur.

Law is defined as a rule of conduct imposed on a people or bodies in authority. A good law must encompass the following 3 things:
