Ignorance is the best word to describe the United State's intelligence on the current situation of Weapons of Mass Destruction. For our own safety and well being, the citizens of the United States need to know what is happening in their own back yard and need to start facing the facts. Recently, in my Global Studies class, we read and discussed an article from the magazine National Geographic. This article was strictly focused on the topic of Weapons of Mass Destruction and was both informative and shocking. It really opened my eyes to what is going on in our world today.
