A 12 week Fitness Training Programme for someone who is not amazingly healthy, wishes to lose weight, build upper arm muscle and improve the definition of their abdominal area is entirely possible and very necessary. It is also easy to adapt into anyone's lifestyle.
After considering different aspects of fitness and training, I am now going to design a Fitness Training Programme for someone who Is not amazingly healthy, wishes to lose weight, build upper arm muscle and improve the definition of their abdominal area.
At the start of each session there will be a warm up and at the end of the session there will be a warm down.
Warm up- Go for a jog, outside for a few minutes or on a treadmill at a steady pace to warm your muscles up followed by a few stretches to prevent injury.
Warm down- Go for a jog, outside for a few minutes or on a treadmill at a steady pace to cool your muscles down followed by a few stretches to prevent lactic acid building up.
