Racial Issues in "Remember the Titans"

Summary: A plot summary of the film "Remember the Titans." It's the true story of racially segregated schools forced to integrated and how race relations were resolved during the school football team's pursuit of a state championship.
It's not easy to change an innate belief instantaneously. To change this belief, one may finds it extremely difficult as he/she is exposed to that belief since his/her life has began. It's as hard to change this belief as to dig the roots out of a centenarian tree. When students from the Black High School integrated with students from T.C. Williams High School, both sides found it very difficult to accept their teammates of another race. Because they've had never in their life associate with people of the opposite race, Blacks to Whites or vice versa. They all grew up in a community where people of one race segregated themselves from another race. But since they were integrated, they had to amalgamate themselves with another race and work as a team.
