Of Mice and Men written by John Steinbeck deludes the minds of its readers with is strange title. Based in the United States in the late 1930's, John Steinbeck writes a story of two farm workers, George and Lennie. George is a small quick-witted man who travels with, and cares for Lennie. Although he frequently speaks of how much better his life would be without his care taking responsibilities, George is obviously devoted to Lennie. Lennie on the other hand happens to be mentally ill, creating a bind for George finding a job.
