Napoleon Bonaparte: The Greatest

Napoleon Bonaparte is remembered today as one of the most significant individuals in history. He had an enormous impact on the world as a whole. he was born on August 15, 1769 in Ajaccio, Corsica. Corsica at that time was under the control of France, as it still is today. His parents were Carlo Buonaparte and Marie Letizia Ronolino. The Buonapartes moved to France when Napoleon was just a small child and changed their name to Bonaparte to sound more French. Napoleon decided on a military career early, winning a scholarship to a French military academy (Lindquist 102). This started a career that would blossom into one of the greatest the world has ever seen. In fact, in this paper, I am going to argue that Napoleon.....
