Summary:   Most businesses that have expanded their enterprises to the Internet have benefitted as a result. E-commerce offers many advantages to business and customer alike, including more potential customers, enabling customers to purchase products 24 hours a day, and reducing the competition gap in individual markets. However, e-commerce failure rates are quite high, so its implementation must be carried out gradually in stages and attention must be paid to issues of transactional and personal information security.


Potential benefits

Numerous businesses have expanded their enterprises on to the internet due to the many potential advantages e-commerce has to offer to both the business and consumer. A recent survey shows that 97% of businesses benefited from expanding online (Enrico Santarelli).

- More potential customers.

We can reach to a wide range of potential customers all over the globe. Also, our present customers will have the options of shopping online with us or to continue in the traditional way.

- Online store is open all hours.

Having an online store allows us to keep our business open 24/7. People can purchase products any time online, as it is not necessary for an employee to be present to take an order.

- Reduce the competition gap.

Over the internet it is much easier for a small enterprise to compete with larger companies.....
