Summary:   This essay is about World War II.


During the great depression, many countries started to turn to dictators. One very famous dictator was Adolph Hitler. His party was called the Nazi Party. Fascism is a political system, headed by a dictator. WWII started when Germany invaded Poland. Blitzkriegs were names given to the sudden, violent attacks the Germans used during WWII. Isolationism is a national policy of avoiding involvement in world affairs. This led to embargo. Embargo is an order prohibiting trade with another country.

The US was pretty much brought into the war by the Japs. The Japanese bombed the US Pacific Fleet in Pearl Harbor. This led to the US joining the war. Many people started to become patriotic and want to join the war while others still wanted to sit.....
