People with this kind of disorder have to move the legs from uncomfortable feelings on the limbs. This can wake the person up and it's really a disruption. Having these disorders is what the insomnia gives to people later on. With their thoughtlessness to getting enough sleep, they can get these disorders for longer period of time.
Therefore, Insomnia can get people so many problems that it could ruin their health. When people can't sleep, they should read the boring stuff such as reading.
