Role of Teachers in the Modern World

Summary: Teachers play a crucial and vital role in the molding of students, who constitute a nation's future human resource. They guide students to attain the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in the world. Nations are the way they are and will be in part because of their teachers.
This world has seen multitudinous people who scintillated among all fellow humans- Bill Gates, Abraham Lincoln, Albert Einstien etc. All of them had something mutual between them-resourcefulness, optimism, dedication and ...... excellent teachers.

Life is an enormous, hollow and dark tunnel. Children have to cross this tunnel to dazzling success. Obstacles will hinder them and this is where teachers come into scene. Teachers play the role of the torch. They cohere to the students and guide them out and away from their impasse.

Experienced and well-educated teachers are the golden geese for the school. Dedicated teachers will push students along the precipitous ladder of success and eventually allow them to reach the peak. They indirectly allow them to succeed, remain economically stable and thus live a life of ecstasy and luxury.

Today as the world materializes and gains more knowledge with every passing second. Competition among students for the limited seats is heating up. Once again, it's survival of the fittest. However, the actual competition is among the teachers. The student competition is gaining momentum because the competition among students does so. Day by day, teachers become more dedicated and more apprised of their subjects.

As known, children are the future human resource of a country. They are the ones to buffet aside all antagonism and rise to the occasion. It's up to the teachers to gather the vagabonds and mould them into full-fledged reservoirs of knowledge. This task is very crucial that even the teachers of a village can make a difference on an international level. Properly educated children will raise the importance of international harmony and will develop a prospect based on this, thus promoting international peace.
