When someone is employed particularly in a manual or industrial job they are classified as a `working man or woman'. A place or state of complete happiness is a paradise. In the beginning of the 20th century Australia was considered a working mans paradise mainly because of these reasons shorter working hours, the basic wage, increased leisure time, invalid pensioners, workers compensation and maternity allowances.
