Summary:   A description of the basics of soccer and its rules.


Soccer is a free-flowing game that has relatively few rules and requires little equipment. All the necessities to play are an area of open space and a ball. Soccer is the world's most popular sport, played by people of all ages in about 200 countries. Although soccer is played in numerous different countries, the fundamentals of the sport tend to stay untouched. The most important part of a soccer team is the players and their positions played. Each position played acts as different sections responsible to complete different tasks. Imagine if the soccer team was a car and the soccer players were the essential mechanical parts of that car. The car, so to speak, would not run properly without the performance of the essential parts, which are the soccer players. The players have different.....
