The Holocaust

Summary: The Holocaust, Hitler, and what would make men so evil to commit such crimes against fellow humans.
The holocaust seems like an even more inhumane thing to me at this point in time. There was no compassion shown by the Nazi troops toward the Jews. The fear and sense of hopelessness must have been overwhelming. The Nazi officials viewed the executions as though they were strictly business. They looked for quicker and more efficient ways to go about the eradications throughout the war.

I was amazed to learn about the ways they tried speeding up the Holocaust. The Nazi troops burned bodies up until the camps were seized by allied soldiers. They made people dig massed graves then shot them and buried them. They forced other prisoners to take part in the holocaust or killed them. It was disgusting to know how they made the gas rooms to look like showers so the people would enter them without suspicion.
